Job Title: Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary Schools, Fleet

With schools in immediate need of additional staff, this is a fantastic opportunity for graduates to gain hands-on experience while making a real impact on students’ education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Support students of varying abilities, ensuring they are engaged and achieving success
- Provide tailored academic and pastoral support to help students reach their full potential
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to support lesson delivery and provide targeted interventions
- Develop valuable skills and experience in the education sector

What We Are Looking For:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
