POST TITLE: Teaching Assistant

LOCATION: Preston

START DATE: September

CONTRACT TYPE: Full-time, temp-perm

A secondary school in Preston are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated Teaching Assistant who can support the schools most vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will report directly to the SENDCo, and will support the pupils to ensure that they achieve their full academic and personal potential. You will liaise with teachers, parents and carers, and you will work in a classroom setting as well as a 1:1 and small group setting. The successful applicant will be someone who is organised, cheerful and confident, whilst ensuring that they are approachable and responsive to the needs of the pupils.
