Occupational Therapist (Adult Social Care) - Hybrid Role


Location: Islington
Rate: £30 - £34 per hour, dependent on experience
Hours: 5 days per week (considering 4 days per week)
About the Role:
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding role within Adult Social Care? Join our dynamic Occupational Therapy Team in Islington, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of adults in our community.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy Team.
  • Manage a manageable caseload of 10 cases per month.
  • Cover duty 2 times per month from home.
  • Conduct assessments for major adaptations, manual handling, and minor equipment.


Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid Role: 2 days in office for visits and 3 days remote.
  • Flexible working pattern to support a work-life balance.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in adult social care.
  • Proficiency in assessing for major adaptations, manual handling, and minor equipment.


Team Structure:

  • Team Manager
  • 4 Senior Occupational Therapists
  • 6 Occupational Therapists
  • 2 Occupational Therapy Assistants
