We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to provide security services including mobile activities for the organisation. As a Security Officer you will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, the premises and property.

Please note this role is office based in Bournemouth.

In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in a security role SIA approved security qualification. Thorough attention to detail, with excellent concentration skills. The ability to be vigilant and alert, being aware of surroundings. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. The ability to remain patient and calm under pressure

What would I be doing as a Security Officer at 4Com?

Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly including the car park.  Observation and reporting including monitoring and analysing CCTV cameras. Acting on and reporting any suspicious behaviours and happenings. Monitoring the front of house as well as securing and monitoring all exit points. Providing assistance to people in need including involvement in fire marshalling and first aid as required. Authorising the entrance of personnel, visitors, and vehicles. Enforcing safety measures.
