Administration Asst

We are looking for 2 x Administration Assistants to join our education client at their Schools in Stockwood, Bristol. The client is a Multi Academy Trust with schools all over Bristol.

Role: Administration Assistant
Hours of Work: 08.30 - 16.00 (FT) or 08.00 - 12.30 (PT)
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £12.36
Location: Stockwood, Bristol

What is the role
Under the direction of senior staff, the Administration Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to the School. This could be Attendance Data up notes, general administration HR tasks, student tasks or day to day duties. At all times, you will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the school. 

What you will need to apply for this role
Minimum 1 Years experience in a similar role
Ability to work with Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Have strong knowledge of administrative processes.
Good literacy and numeracy competency (including GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above), or equivalent qualifications.
