Job Overview:

Lough Erne Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Turn Down Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality evening room service, ensuring that our guests return to a comfortable and welcoming space. This role plays a key part in maintaining our five-star standards and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform turn down service in guest rooms during evening shifts, including refreshing linens, emptying bins, tidying the room, and restocking towels and amenities.

- Ensure that all guest rooms meet the resort’s luxury standards of cleanliness and presentation.

- Follow specific room setup guidelines, including arranging bedding, adjusting lighting, and replenishing bathroom products.

- Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing any special requests or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager.

- Handle linens, towels, and cleaning supplies with care, following health and safety regulations.

- Work efficiently to complete assigned room quotas during the shift.

- Assist with any other housekeeping tasks as directed by the supervisor, such as cleaning public areas or delivering additional items to guest rooms.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience, particularly in luxury or high-end environments, is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Friendly and positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and the handling of cleaning equipment.
