KeyResponsibilities


Install gatesbarriers bollards and garage doors to specifiedstandards

Read jobspecification sheets and prepare all necessary equipment tocompletejobs

Prepare for jobsby reading site plans drawings and project minutes whererelevant

Solve practicalproblems: detect and repair system faults using a logicalapproach

Perform routinemaintenance services whenrequired

Adhere to allhealth and safetyrequirements

Liaise withcustomers to find out relevant information and keep them informedof jobprogress

Onjob completion test system and train customers on its functionssupplying a manual wherepossible

Participate inmeetings with external site teams and within own companyenvironment

Complete allpaperwork (including timesheets and expenses) to specifiedstandards and submit by stateddeadlines

Keep the officeteam updated of job progress and provide them with technicalsupport whenrequired

Supportcolleagues through offering assistance and training whenrequired

Consistentlyupdate own technicalknowledge

Look aftercompany vehicles according to specifiedstandards

Perform anyother duties that may be assigned on an asneededbasis


Requirements:


Minimum 3 yearsexperience working with automatedgates

Valid UK DrivingLicenceholder

Live within 1hour of WokingSurrey


Skills&Abilities


Usehand and electrical tools withcompetence

Goodinterpersonal skills to liaise withcustomers

Beable to demonstrate a logical approach to resolving technicalscenarios
