About the role

You will lead on the construction and review of the building safety engagement strategies for our high-rise buildings in line with the requirements of the Building Safety Act.

About you

As outlined in the role above, we will need someone who has a strong understanding and experience of both building safety and fire safety, however it’s equally important that the individual has the right values and behaviours for the role. The right values and behaviours include integrity, curiosity, empathy and dedication.

As the eyes and ears of the building, we’ll look to you to ‘champion’ resident concerns and pro-actively engage residents in the safe management of their building.
