Main duties of the job

The post holder is responsible for the provision of high quality, patient focused clinical research for the cross divisional CRN Core Team.

They will be responsible for identifying eligible clinical research participants, provision of information and support to patients/participants, study recruitment and consent, co- ordination of study treatment/ interventions, assessing, developing and implementing specialist nursing care and data collection according to study protocols in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practice, EU Clinical Trials legislation and the NHS research governance framework. They would also provide specialist advice and support to, and liaise with other staff.
