As an Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative Maths lessons that cater to a diverse range of students. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that inspire and challenge students.

- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

- Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and participate in departmental planning.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages students to take an active role in their learning.

- Organise and participate in extracurricular Maths activities, clubs, and events to further engage students.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- A degree in Maths or a related field.

- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths.

- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level, with a proven track record of student achievement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

- Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to participate in training and development opportunities.
