Myclient is looking to strengthen their brigade of resoluteprofessionals and are seeking someone who like them has ambitiousstandards andexpectations.

Thekitchens main aim is to cook and serve attractive pub food with acreative slant which expresses individual personality. They areknown for consistent flavorful food that is inspired by the pubssurroundings and driven by local seasonalingredients.

Therole is permanent full time and livein (within a nice shared house)is available for only 150 permonth.

Yournewjob

Collaborate withthe team which includes a handson HeadChef.

Food preparationandcooking.

Putting outgreat pub food (with a creativeslant).

Cooking withlocal seasonalingredients.



Requirements

Eithera Chef de Partie or a Junior SousChef.

Youhave exacting standards andexpectations.

Youpossess a willingness to work hard and understand the importance ofbeing a great teamplayer.

Canconsistently deliver qualityfood.

Haveyour own transport (10minute drive from theaccommodation).

NVQqualifications are preferred but notcompulsory.

Alove for greatfood.

Startingsalary of 29000 to 30000 (CDP level) or 30000 to 33000 Souslevel)
