Thisis a fulltime role 37.5 hours perweek.

Monday toFriday 9 am till 5.00pm

My client offersa salary of 30000 to 40000 dependent uponexperience.

Asa Residential CareManager you will play crucial role supporting in allaspects of staff members and the welfare ofresidents.

You will promote a caringenvironment which provides residents with a high standard ofpersonal care meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone istreated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy independenceand choice are met.

Knowledge Skillsand Qualifications required of theResidential CareManager:

  • Musthave NVQ Level 3.
  • Must have previousexperience in a Care Managerrole.
  • Positive rolemodel.
  • Excellent leadershipskills.
  • Committed to a structuredapproach to training and development ofstaff.
  • Understand the Care StandardsAct and Health & Safetylegislation.
  • Excellent interpersonalskills.
  • A professional confident andwarm personality.
  • A caringdisposition.
  • Leadership qualitiesenthusiasm along with influencing and motivationalskills.
  • Willing and able to providean out of hours on callservice.
