Job Duties:The Behaviour Support Assistant will work closely with students to provide support in managing challenging behaviours, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Duties include implementing behaviour management strategies, assisting in the development and implementation of individual behaviour plans, and supporting students in their social and emotional development.
Required Qualifications:- A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural difficulties
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
Education:A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field
Experience:Experience working with children or young people with behavioural difficulties
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- First aid certification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
