Job Advert Location Description

We have two homes on our site, our main site Rookery House and our satellite house Redfield Road. Both of which provide personalised, high quality, safe support for adults with complex needs including autism, behaviours that challenge and learning disabilities.

Job Advert Role Description

Running a shift effectively, ensuring staff are appropriately allocated to the people we support, medication is administered as per the MAR chart, completing supervisions of staff and managing shift effectively, activities for the people we support are completed daily and at appropriate times, reporting directly to the management team for additional day to day duties. 

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Senior Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial.
