The University of Cambridge Development and Alumni Relations is seeking a new Data Quality Coordinator to join our dynamic Prospect Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for our quality of data, ensuring that the information we rely on is precise and effective in driving our fundraising and alumni engagement initiatives.
As the Data Quality Coordinator, you will take a proactive approach in maintaining and enhancing the data managed by both the Prospect Development and Gift and Data Services teams using our Amicus database. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and aligning regular data quality tasks and strategic data quality projects across various teams, including Prospect Management and Business Intelligence, Development Research and Due Diligence, Settlement, and Gift and Data Operations.
Supporting these teams to ensure their data quality processes are robust, consistently followed, and improved when necessary.
Playing a strategic role in preparing for future fundraising campaigns or system migrations, ensuring our data quality remains at the highest standards.
This role is based within the Prospect Development team but is designed for cross-functional collaboration with the Gift and Data Services teams and the Information Services team. Reporting directly to the Prospect Management and Business Intelligence Manager, you will be instrumental in driving data quality.
