About the role

We have exciting opportunities within Swindon Borough Council’s Property Maintenance Gas team.

Please note this role is 37 hours per week and you will be required to have flexibility to cover the core hours of the business. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this at interview.

In addition to the core hours, there are potential increased earnings through overtime.

This role is subject to contractual call out and would be paid additionally as per the following:

Overtime paid at x1.1/3 Monday to Sunday and x2 on bank holidays. Unsocial hours allowance increasing to 30% (after 10pm and before 6pm) Standby paid pay of £2.09 per hour: Equivalent to a maximum £50.16 per day With a maximum frequency of weekends to be one in three

Holiday entitlement

26 days per annum from day one.

30 days per annum after 5 years’ service.

32 days per annum after 10 years’ service.

Pension
