We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients home based in Abergele.


When you'll be working:

  • Day Shifts (8.30am-9.30pm)
  • Nights (9.30pm-8.30am)
  • Full Time or Part Time available
  • Flexibility required


What you'll be doing:

This role is to support our male client with a spinal cord injury in their own home during the day and overnight which will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

We are looking for candidates with previous care experience for this client.
