Project Management is a keyteam at Moving Brands and we have Senior Project Managers acrossthe MB locations. Youll report to the MB Client ServicesDirector.

As a Senior Project Manager youll beresponsible for managing the successful development and delivery ofa wide range of projects and programs of work including but notlimited to brand identity design and systems brand strategy brandguidelines and launch campaigns & digital projectsincluding website development mobile appsetc.

Whilst developing proposals briefs with ournew business team youll also plan measure and manage projects toagreed timeframes budgets and to a very high standard. Its vital tobe across the wider client relationship whilst not losing sight ofthe minutiae of project deliverables.

You willfacilitate the multidisciplinary team to deliver the creativeexcellence that we hold at the core of who we are as a company.

Working in close Partnership with our Creativeand Strategic Leads to manage and grow client relationships youllprovide structure support experience and insight across the teamsworking relationships.

For this role we expectyou to embrace ambiguity having excellent attention to detail.

High proactivity with the ability to growprofitable client relationships youll need to facilitate thecreative process managing complex multiple work streams with ease.


Responsibilities

Deliveringglobal and local projects and programs of work including brandidentity systems brand guidelines launch campaigns brand strategyand naming animations and motion graphics MB is a digital firstbusiness so additional deliverables include websites digitalexperiential project work and apps.

Initialscoping of work hand in hand with Business Development then WritingStatements of Work (SOW) and creating project budgets

Working in partnership across the MB networkyoull run projects and identify additional incremental revenuegeneration opportunities whilst growing existing clientrelationships

Confidently and proactively manageexternal client relationships from initial engagement through toproject delivery

Tracking and monitoring projecttimings budgets and resources including weekly projectreconciliation resource allocation and statusreporting

Working with the team to create projectapproaches and kick offs

Managing the internalproject team including stand ups creative reviews deadlines anddeliverables

Contributing to the productivity andmotivation of the team

Communicating clearly withall partners and team members

Encouraging bestpractice of studio tools

Supporting teammembers
