About the pub

The Fisherman's Cot is an iconic premium pub boasting the most beautiful riverside setting in Tiverton.

This is an absolute cracker of a business, delighting our guests with our Signature food offer. Currently trading at an average of £60,000 per week in net sales, this is a highly seasonal business with weekly sales averaging at £40,000 across the year.

The Fisherman's Cot has 19 hotel bedrooms and oozes historic charm and character with its thatched roof, wooden beams and gorgeous fireplaces. 

This site requires a seasoned operator with a passion for driving sales and a proven track record within a highly seasonal operation.

3 bedroom accommodation is available separate to the pub.
