Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required for a £7m Design & Build affordable housing project for a Main Contractor. Quantity Surveyors will need to have Design & Build experience within a Main Contractor and be able to deliver a project autonomously from procurement through to hand over. Quantity Surveyors will be reporting into the Commercial Manager for the business. This role will suit an established Quantity Surveyor who has a track record in seeing a project through full life cycle, from procurement to final accounts. The business offer Quantity Surveyors a fair amount of flexibility in the role, with the core focus being on getting the job done well. Quantity Surveyors will be overseeing with a Project Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

These projects will be managed predominantly from the companies’ head office in Chiswick, West London. This opportunity will suit strong Quantity Surveyors looking for a stable construction contractor with a healthy order book and a supportive senior management team.

Quantity Surveyor – Key Skills

* New Build, Design & Build, Refurbishment experience

* HNC/Degree Qualified

* Managed complete life cycle of projects including closing out of final accounts

* Stable working history

* 7+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying

Quantity Surveyor – Salary & Benefits

* £70,000 - £75,000 Basic Salary

* Travel/Car Allowance
