Clinical Services Manager – Endoscopy is required for a company who strive to improve NHS care.  Partnering with patients, GPs and hospitals they have grown to be one of the largest providers nationally of integrated community-based care helping to bring high quality care closer to people.

With the opening of a new hospital in Brentford and a flagship clinic in Orpington which is the first dedicated standalone Endoscopy unit this is a fantastic time to join the company as Clinical Services Manager.  You will be based between the 2 sites Brentford and Orpington.

As Clinical Services Manager you will be require to standardise and develop the endoscopy services across the clinics.  With daily responsibility for the clinical care patients receive within the Endoscopy unit, effectively leading, supervising and directly the activities of the team to ensure the provision of optimum care throughout the sessions.

This is initially a 3 month fixed term contract with the view to be made permanent.  The yearly salary for this position is £65,000 - £70,000 p.a. dependant on experience.

The successful Clinical Services Manager – Endoscopy will be required to:

Qualified ODP/Nurse
NMC or HCPS registered with no restrictions on your pin
Proven Endoscopy experience and leadership
Experienced working in a JAG accredited endoscopy unit;
Be highly motivated and used to working in challenging but rewarding environments.
Daily duties and responsibilities include:

Practice clinically, leading coordinating and supervising and evaluating nursing practice;
Ensure that all patients within the unit have their needs assessed, that programmes of care are developed to meet these needs and are delivered in accordance with agreed policies and procedures;
Ensure that plans developed by more junior staff are effective;
Leadership of the team;
Ensure staff have a clear understanding of their duties;
Lead support, supervise and instruct the team through the process of change, demonstration tenacity, drive and professional integrity, balance and perspective across both clinics;
