Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor wanted for a West London Civils Contractor. Quantity Surveyors will be reporting to the Managing Director for the business. Quantity Surveyors will be working with a small contractor and ideally must have experience working for contractors with turnover around £25m. Projects include Groundworks & RC Frame ranging in value from £250k - £2m. Quantity Surveyor will be expected to manage up to 10 live projects responsible for monthly valuations and variations.

Quantity Surveyors will be joining a business that’s at an early stage, with realistic progression to Commercial Manager available.

Quantity Surveyor – Key Skills

* Experience with Groundworks OR RC Frame

* Material take-offs, pricing & orders to ensure timely deliveries

* Take-offs & BOQ preparation

* Preparation for, negotiation and agreement of final accounts

* Cost reporting & budgeting

* Value engineering

* Comfortable managing up to 10 live projects

Quantity Surveyor – Salary & Benefits

* £350 p/d
