We're on the hunt for the very first Business Development Director for a fabulous software development and tech consultancy to support them in their next phase of growth


The company focuses on creating genuine, long-term partnerships with clients, using an agile, user-centric approach to software development. Core services include cloud migration, scaling, advisory consulting, and end-to-end product design and discovery.


Rather than traditional near-shoring, the consultancy uses a “partner-shoring” model, working closely with clients to ensure each project aligns with their goals and delivers lasting value. This approach is backed by a skilled team with CTO-level expertise, enabling clients to scale rapidly, optimise technology investments, and manage digital transformation initiatives.


So, what are we looking for?


  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within a tech agency, tech consultancy, or software development company
  • On a strong upward career trajectory, demonstrating readiness for increased responsibility
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to work collaboratively with marketing to design and execute business development campaigns
