They're looking for a Head of Operations to be responsible for Finance, Operations and People.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a worked in a similar senior operational role ideally for a Centralized Exchange or CeFi trading desk. You will also need to be driven and execute with speed and precision. This will report directly into the CEO and be a Senior member of the team.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a directly transferable role
  • Experience in a similar role at Centralized Exchange, or CeFi trading desk is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of DeFi
  • Experience leading the delivery of operational aspects of an organisation's structure
  • You need to have experience with setting up regulated activities and working with regulators
  • Experience engaging with and managing external advisors (e.g. Lawyers)
  • A general skill set, allowing you to pick up and deliver on a wide range of different activities
  • Exceptional academics and/or track record through your career to date
  • Clear, concise communication with great attention to detail
