Senior Sous Chef - £32,000 – North London

Senior Sous Chef requirements:

  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, production, and service.
  • Ensure dishes meet company standards and client expectations for quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to menu planning, considering dietary restrictions, nutritional guidelines, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Support the Head Chef with scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining food cost and inventory records.
