Role Overview:

You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the agency. This position is intended to serve as the number two or three in the organization, with significant responsibility and influence. Your role will be crucial in driving growth, developing new business, and leading a talented team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive team and client growth through strategic leadership and innovative thinking.
  • Develop and implement media strategies, providing training and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Challenge briefs and offer creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.
