Due to company growth, we have a new opportunity at Rebecca Udall for a Trade & eCommerce Co-ordinator to support and collaborate with the Buying & eCommerce functions. As we continue to grow, the role will become more specialised.


This role will suit an individual with excellent administration skills, a ‘can do’ & positive attitude, highly organised with a keen eye for details and ability to maintain accurate data. You will enjoy both numerical and creative tasks. A passion for homeware or design is important. You will have a good opportunity to progress as we continue to grow.


Being a small, growing brand it will be a relatively fast paced role but a role where you will be exposed to a lot and will have a high level of autonomy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the new product upload process
  • Monitoring the website for any issues such as incorrect out of stocks and ensuring accurate information
  • Data entry to assist with monitoring profitability of international shipping costs
  • Managing the discontinuation of products
  • Supporting back of house management of product including barcode assignment
  • Suitable tagging of products to aid reporting
  • Monitoring purchase order delivery dates, communicating with suppliers on lead time & maintaining inbound delivery calendar. Ensuring accurate PO ready for check in
  • Monitoring inbound delivery costs
  • Website price changes

  • Full training can be provided should you not have direct experience of the above tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and demonstrable administration experience
  • High attention to detail

  • Able to appreciate the need to balance commercial and creative reasons
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills
