Role Overview

  • Position: Junior Creative Artworker
  • Type: Full-time, permanent, hybrid (2 days/week in Sutton office)
  • Salary: £26k–£28k (DOE)
  • Team: Part of a 4-person Studio team within the Marketing and Brand department.


The Junior Creative Artworker is responsible for delivering a variety of digital and print marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across brochures, direct mail, press ads, digital assets, promotional items, and more.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Brand Management: Implement and maintain brand identity across all marketing channels.
  2. Creative Delivery: Design and artwork press adverts, digital assets, website graphics, and promotional materials.
  3. Image Management: Manage and update the image library; handle press image requests.
  4. Production: Ensure artwork aligns with brand guidelines and meets print/digital requirements.
  5. Promotions: Create promotional assets on time and to specification.
  6. Innovation: Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing material and support testing of new approaches.
  7. Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline team workflows.


Ideal Candidate Profile


Experience:

  • 0–3 years in artworking; travel industry experience is a plus.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential).
  • Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion design is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint is an advantage.
