Responsibilities

  • Inspire activation teams to challenge their own thinking and in turn own clients
  • Lead the activation teams with a positive can-do attitude and have the ability to manage differing working styles and personality types
  • Take a lead role on new business development opportunities and pitch the agency's services to key properties across the industry
  • Create and present client-facing presentations, managing critical timings and client decision deadlines clearly and well in advance
  • Conduct weekly team meetings with direct reports and day-to-day management of team/responsibilities and account delivery
  • Oversee departmental budgets and report to Finance Team regularly


Requirements

  • Extensive experience on managing key accounts across the sports and entertainment industry
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and lead the development of younger team members
  • Experience in pitching new business development opportunities across the industry.
  • Strong understanding of the agency landscape.
