As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with our kitchen team to produce high-quality desserts and baked goods for our restaurants, events, and in-room dining. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your skills and make your mark in a world-class kitchen.



Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute a range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods with precision and creativity.

  • Assist in the development of new pastry items and contribute to menu planning.

  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry section.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

  • Support senior chefs with training and mentoring junior team members.

Salary: 30,489 p/a + tronc
