Your New Role as a Site Engineer

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for

Managing and maintaining all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports. Ensuring that all documents are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible. Implementing and maintaining document control processes and procedures. Reviewing and updating documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards. Distribute documents to relevant project team members and stakeholders. Tracking and managing document versions and revisions. Ensuring that all documentation is in compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Assisting in the preparation of project documentation for audits and inspections. Providing training and support to project team members on document control processes. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth document flow.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Proven experience as a Document Controller. Strong knowledge of document control processes and best practices. Proficiency in document management software - Viewpoint (Needed). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
