Our client is a Luxury 70 bedroom, 5 star hotel. The hotel is part of a prestigious 5 star collection of hotels across the world. The property is set in stunning grounds and has an award-winning spa, Michelin starred restaurant, brassiere and elegant lounge bar.

The Person

The ideal Events Operations Manager will have the following:
  • Previous experience as an Events Manager ( Operational) running various high end events including weddings and corporate functions
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Have strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate people
  • To be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achieved
  • Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and be approachable
  • Excellent guest relations skills
