We are actively seeking a Commercial Contracts focused Paralegal/Contract Manager. This is hybrid full-time opportunity is with our Fortune 500 client and scheduled to start in March of 2025.

We are actively seeking Commercial Contracts focused Paralegals/Contract Manager located in the London, England are with the following qualifications:


Contracts Administration and Drafting

  • 3+ years of commerical contracts focused expereince with a strong understanding of contract structures and terms, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Experince drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and process a variety of contractual documents; experience with US and UK contracts required.
  • Knowledge of sourcing policies and legal considerations related to vendor agreements.
  • High level of precision and attention to detail in document drafting and review.


Vendor and Sourcing Support

  • Background in supplier sourcing or procurement support.
  • Ability to assist in vendor selection, engagement, and onboarding processes perfered.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with sourcing, compliance, and legal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple contracts and timelines.
  • SAP Ariba Sourcing Platform experience is a bonus but not required.
