Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Yorkshire (Remote)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: £35k base salary + car allowance + uncapped commissions (on target earnings £90k)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Promote and sell our industry-leading products, such as Guaranteed Maintenance, Service Plans, and Fleet Management, to new business clients.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities within your designated territory.
  • Appointment Setting: Leverage the support of our telesales team, who work tirelessly to set up meetings with potential clients, allowing you to focus on closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Strategic Travel: Utilize your knowledge of the Yorkshire area to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Surpass Targets: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, driving your own success and career progression.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in field sales within the vehicle maintenance or automotive sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
  • Mindset: A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to thrive in a remote, field-based role.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to the head office once a month.
