About The Role:

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a boutique developer that has an exciting pipeline of work ahead of them. They are looking for a Technical Architect/Technologist to be an integral part of their newly established in-house architecture team.


The ideal person will be an Architect or Technologist with extensive exposure to design-led housing projects and expertise in delivery of technical drawing packages. Based in Central London, the business has a strong pipeline of projects, and you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the design team and be involved in all aspects of the design process within a multi-disciplinary team.


Immediate start available


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across housing projects through stages 3 – 7
  • Work alongside the senior leadership to develop design and technical solutions
  • Coordination with multi-disciplinary team
  • Production of packages for tender and construction
  • Oversee on-site construction and client liaison


Key Skills/Requirements:

  • ARB Registered Architect or Technologist with 5+ years experience
  • Experience working on design-led UK housing projects is essential
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of UK construction and building legislation
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent software skills including Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong coordination experience and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary contractors
