JOB PURPOSE


Spring Studios is looking to recruit a meticulous and organised sample assistant to join our ecommerce production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a fast-paced agency, managing hundreds of samples across the ecommerce workflow. The role works closely with the client daily and is integral to the production team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for the fashion industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support the sample manager in creating shoot lists and rails of product to be photographed.
  • Support production and the client with the management of samples in and out of the building.
  • Oversees the arrival of all samples into the building checking them in via the FLO tool using barcode scanners.
  • Ensures all shoot rails are fully prepped before the shoot day and any missing samples have been flagged to the client and production.
  • Supports the QC/Production team by flagging any changes to shoot lists or rails during the shoot.
  • Manages all shoot/styling samples, ensuring that the correct styling is pulled and kept for forthcoming shoots.
  • Supports the styling team with any ad hoc requests sourcing styling props for shoots.
  • Participate in the management of weekly sample returns and bi-annual stocktakes.
  • Supports the production team with monthly administrative tasks.
  • Maintains a good relationship with the in-house stylists and Art Directors.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Previous experience in sample management for a retailer.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
