About the Role

  • Location: Dorset

As a Secondary Teacher, you’ll be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students. You’ll work within a supportive department and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that each student reaches their potential. You'll create a classroom environment where students feel motivated and confident to share ideas, develop critical thinking skills, and prepare for their future studies.


What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialism in English, Maths, Science or any subject
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to inspire students and deliver engaging lessons
  • ‍Experience with secondary age groups and preparing students for exams
