What we expect from you:

  • We are looking for a team player with great leadership skills who can communicate well with others
  • Good knowledge of hotel maintenance, IT systems and OPERA
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker is desirable
  • Minimum 1 year maintenance Manager experience within hospitality industry is a must
  • Prior experience in handling hotel refurbishment

As a Maintenance Manager you will:

  • Ensure the execution of hotel's preventive maintenance programme
  • Manage and monitor all utilities and ensures its effective operation
  • Being the Health and safety representative for the building
  • Maintain and update H & S folders and carry out internal audit to ensure compliance
  • Ensure all daily maintenance and future refurbishment works are carried out efficiently, within budget, to the highest standard
  • Supervise, train and develop maintenance team members

Holiday Inn London - Camden Lock hotel is in the heart of Camden, close to its buzzing bars, restaurants and markets. Camden Tube Station is four minutes' walk from the hotel, meaning it's within easy reach of West End entertainment and attractions. Euston, King's Cross and St Pancras International Train Stations are all a short Tube or bus ride away.
