We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our client’s rapidly growing team in Dundee (hybrid working pattern on offer).


You’ll play a key role in managing existing commercial insurance policies, advising clients, and ensuring smooth operations—all while maintaining full FCA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and renew commercial insurance policies (combined, property, liability, fleet, etc.)
  • Provide expert advice to clients and ensure top-notch customer service
  • Handle premium financing arrangements
  • Work closely with a dedicated Commercial Account Executive
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for additional insurance products


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar broking environment
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • IT proficiency (MS Office, ideally Acturis)
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance
