Provide subject matter expertise for operational “business as usual” moves and change activities, including the follow:

Space design, occupancy analysis and guidance to Workplace teams globally
Deliver simple CAD design and space management concepts for local MAC activities under review
Assisting with prioritising moves and space reconfigurations according to objectives reviewed and agreed
Directly support physical move lifecycle including understanding internal customer needs, developing and agreeing options and successfully driving the agreed plan
Work with the distributed Workplace team to provide feedback and guidance on workspace-related queries and ensure updates are delivered in a timely fashion.
Share reporting and highlight trends, issues and opportunities to do things differently

Required Skills and Experience:

- Experience supporting and/or delivering construction and fit-out projects globally, providing workspace design input, guidance and expertise.

- Technical background in reviewing and updating floor plans and workspace design using AutoCAD or similar software.

- Experience in dealing with space management including forecasting and planning future demand.

- A background in making and rationalising decisions related to workspace design, allocation, moves with recognition of risks and opportunities of decisions, and a track record of recognising risks.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

Experience working within a fast-paced technology orientated business
