Business Development Manager - Eastern Asian market (China)
Job Summary

We offer a fully integrated suite of financial services solutions that are tailor-made for each business with global ambitions. Our extensive network across the world allows us to provide frictionless cross-border payments in 39 currencies. PayAlly provides international and local payments, multicurrency accounts, currency exchange, debit cards, card issuing and payments gateway.
This is an exciting time for the company as we grow and evolve. After successfully trading for the last few years, PayAlly is now bringing our acquiring function to strengthen our presence in the Asian market.
Main requirements & skills
- 2 years experience in financial services or banking environment
- Sales experience in the Chinese market
- Identify and approach prospective customers
- An existing network of high-potential prospects
- Track and achieve revenue targets
- Resourceful, articulate, self-starter able to deliver business results
- Posses good interpersonal and presentational skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Curiosity and genuine interest in the business
- An individual who understands the competitive landscape and the future direction of financial service
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a high level of success/achievement
- Proactive; willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Solution-oriented with the ability to quickly learn and ramp up in new subject matters to drive direction and decision-making
- A natural curiosity and a strong desire to understand the customer, identify their needs and improve the customer experience & product/market fit
- Client service mindset for internal & external clients
