We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our clients team for a 3-month contract (possibility to extend) to support a significant migration project.



The project involves transitioning an internal system to an SAP system. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the success of this migration by creating comprehensive reports, categorizing data, and managing a data dictionary.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in the migration project, ensuring smooth transition from the internal system to SAP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Create detailed and accurate business requirement reports.
  • Assess and determine which reports are local and which are global, implementing the necessary changes.
  • Categorize and structure data to ensure efficient migration and integration into the SAP system.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and standardized terms.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.



Your skillset:


  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a migration project or ERP implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating business requirement reports and data categorization.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining data dictionaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
