Responsibilities will include:


  • Support with acquisitions and disposals of assets working with various colleagues across the Asset Management, PM, IT, and finance teams.
  • Preparation of clear and auditable investment memoranda and transaction documentation.
  • Work to tight schedules and deadlines whilst providing regular updates on the progress of deals within allocated portfolio.
  • Arrange and chair weekly briefing calls to monitor progress of new acquisitions and follow up on any action points raised.
  • Work within a multi jurisdictional environment in order to facilitate effective onboarding of new deals.
  • Maintain a robust document trail and collate relevant acquisition documents for reporting and audit purposes
  • Maintain regular contact with with enhancing internal valuation processes and procedures
  • Combine new and existing data to create new business insights, and communicate through dashboards, presentations, and reports.


The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with some PQE exposure to a similar Transaction Analyst role or Deal Advisory within a Pan European working environment. Ideally, you would have trained and qualified with an audit firm and have strong technical accounting and project management skills, numerical and analytical skills, with ability to work within complex processes. A commercial mindset and great communication skills are an absolute must, coupled with relationship management expertise and problem solving skills.
