Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Account Exec (Social) at Be A Bear. As an Account Exec, you will be assisting on multiple accounts, developing social and digital ideas, coordinating parts of projects, and driving audience engagement. You will report into a Channel Manager and you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop through hands on experience.


The Perfect Candidate:

  • 6 Months of social media management across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
  • Experience in client-service roles, perhaps hospitality or retail jobs in the past.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills which they can apply to the role.
  • Strong written skills, with the ability to craft creative and persuasive content.
  • A passion for media and entertainment brands.
  • An understanding and interest in new social media tools and trends.
  • Excellent time management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating campaign ideas, writing copy and scheduling content across social and advertising comms.
  • Reporting to the agency on current trends across social platforms.
  • Reporting back to the team and clients on what’s working and what’s not working.
  • Researching best practices and reporting on competitors.
  • Posting and scheduling client campaigns using tools like Falcon and Klaviyo.
  • Supporting team with client management.
