  • Engage with donors, ensuring professionalism and sensitivity, especially with high-net-worth individuals and legacy donors.
  • Responsible for the quarterly preparation, reclaiming, and documentation of gift aid submissions.
  • Generate and manage internal financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Conduct extensive month-end reconciliation tasks to ensure financial records are accurate.
  • Process and report donations received on behalf of other network agencies, ensuring correct posting and timely transfer.

Person Specification:

  • Strong experience in roles that require direct interaction with donors or clients, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing income, coding grants, and handling donations within a general ledger and donation database.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all responsibilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly for managing and reporting donor information and donations
