Service Design Process and Change Analyst

Epsom/Hybrid | Business Services | FTC: Up to 12 months | Full-Time

The Service Design Process and Change Analyst will have experience in process analysis and improvement, strong collaboration skills, and knowledge of change management. They should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage initiatives independently. Proficiency in generating insights and improving customer experiences is essential, with familiarity in Service Design and customer processes being a plus.

As our Service Design Process and Change Analyst, you will:

  • Analyse, document, and revise business processes within Business Services.

  • Design end-to-end customer handling processes, including Acquisition, Payments, Support, Retention, and Accounts Payables.

  • Support large initiatives with Service Design Managers and lead smaller change initiatives independently.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, HR, Technology, Marketing, and Customer Services.

  • Apply Service Design methodology, driving change management, insights, and MI development.

  • Track and contribute to the change roadmap with Service Design teams.

  • Gather user insights to assess the impact of change initiatives on employees.

  • Continuously improve outcomes for customer-facing staff and customers.
