What You’ll Do: As our Data Analyst, you’ll:
- Gather and analyse data: Extract insights from large and complex datasets, turning them into actionable recommendations for decision-making across the organisation.
- Create dashboards and reports: Develop visual tools and presentations to make data accessible and impactful for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key departments: Partner with Strategy, Products, and Marketing to identify new business opportunities, track campaign performance, and optimise ROI.
- Support financial planning: Provide insights into budget allocation, P&L tracking, and other financial metrics, helping CCS achieve its £10 million revenue goal.
- Enhance operational efficiency: Identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement across operations and service delivery.
- Contribute to People & Culture initiatives: Analyse workforce data to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance management systems.
- Drive data innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending and implementing advanced analytical tools and techniques to keep CCS at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Play a critical role in shaping CCS’s strategic direction.
- Partner with diverse teams to optimise processes and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive innovation with data-driven solutions that create measurable impact.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (essential); Master’s or certifications (a bonus).
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualisation (think Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
What We Offer:
- A hybrid working model at our vibrant London office with core hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Generous Time Off: 25 days annual leave, 1 Volunteer Day, 3 additional Christmas leave days, plus all UK public holidays.
- Private Medical Healthcare, including a comprehensive Dental Plan.
