Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as a gatekeeper for fee earners
  • Diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Meeting organisation
  • Expense management
  • Event organisation
  • Matter management - conflict checks, opening new matters
  • Time entry
  • Basic document production
  • Travel arrangements
  • Supporting the accounts team with billing

Key skills and experience required:

  • Experience in a similar Legal Secretary / PA role within city law firm
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with those at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent IT skills

This firm are offering a highly competitive salary depending on experience and 1 day a week working from home.
