We are currently seeking an PA for a 3 month temp booking, supporting three Executives for a global FinTech Business based nr Canary Wharf. The purpose of the Role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support to very busy Executives to ensure the smooth running of their department/office.


Responsibilities •

Act as Personal Assistant to the Three Executives providing full business support including, but not limited to:

  • Extensive diary management working across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts.
  • Drafting correspondence.
  • Preparing, printing and binding presentations.
  • Coordinating complex travel including meeting schedules and detailed itineraries.
  • Preparing, reconciling and submitting travel and corporate expenses.
  • Liaising, meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Arranging events, dinners and lunches.
  • Resolving conflicting issues on their behalf to ensure their time is optimised.


You will have 5 years+ experience as a PA. You will have first class communication skills, as the role required you to act as a first point of contact and gatekeeper for both internal and external individuals wishing to contact the Executives department, ensuring that queries are dealt with effectively, and taking the initiative to identify and handle issues that arise on behalf of your Executives and others. A positive and can do attitude is a must, you must be able to hit the ground running in this role.
