As a Temp Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive exceptional training and support while contributing to our mission of placing people in meaningful social care roles.
Your role
Business development: Build your client base by following cold and warm leads, as well as conduct client meetings and business development calls.
Candidate marketing: Identify, screen, and engage with potential candidates, ensuring they are a strong match for the roles you're recruiting for. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing schedules and logistics seamlessly.
Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Personal branding: Develop your online presence within your specialist field through outreach such as social media.
Targets and expertise: Work towards achieving targets and becoming an expert in your field.
